Dan Meteyer has been actively involved in the real estate investment industry for over a decade. Since 2018, he has been the Managing Partner and Founder of Marc Capital. Prior to founding Marc Capital, Mr. Meteyer was Vice President at Driftwood Capital, a private equity real estate investment and development firm, where his responsibilities included the development, acquisition, and syndication of more than $1 billion of commercial real estate.
Mr. Meteyer holds an MS in Real Estate Development and Infrastructure from Johns Hopkins Carey School of Business and a BA in International Finance from Florida State University. Originally from Maryland, Mr. Meteyer now resides with his wife Amanda and his son Marc in Sarasota, Florida.
